1. What type of services do you offer? 

Bear’s Little Bros. currently offers professional pet sitting services at the client’s home and dog walks. The time frame for each in home visit ranges from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. The visits include feeding, potty breaks, and play time. 

2. What type of animals does Bear’s Little Bros. care for with their services?

Bear’s Little Bros. offers services to pet parents who have dogs and cats in their family. Other furry members can be discussed.

3. What type of professional licenses or certifications does Bear’s Little Bros. hold?

The Dog Momma has a Professional Pet Sitter Certification from Pet Sitters International, a Fear Free Certification for Pet Sitters, and a current Pet CPR and First Aid Certification by Pet Tech. Background checks are provided by Acutraq. The company is bonded and insured by Business Insurers of the Carolinas and a member of Better Business Bureau (BBB).

4. Where is your service area?

Services are currently offered in zip codes 78412, 78414, 78418.

5. Is a meet and greet required prior to booking?

An initial consultation is required prior to booking for $25. This ensures that the client and Bear’s Little Bros. are a great fit. The meet and greet takes place in the client’s home. Both parties will discuss services and contract agreement. 

6.  How does Bear's Little Bros. enter a client's home? 

A garage code, door code, or a lockbox available for purchase to be stored on site at your home. Bear's Little Bros. uses Master Lock 5400EC lock box. Click here to purchase. 

7. What vaccinations do you require?

Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required to book a service with Bear’s Little Bros.

Dogs are required to be up-to-date with core vaccines: parvovirus, distemper, adenovirus, and rabies.

Cats are required to be up-to-date with these core vaccines: feline herpesvirus 1 (FHV1), feline calicivirus (FCV), feline panleukopenia virus (FPV), feline leukemia virus (FeLV - kittens) and rabies. 

8. What are time blocks? 

Bear's Little Bros. has service windows to fulfill visits for your furry family member. It is scheduled accordingly to take care of your furry family member's needs. 

Pet Sitting: Morning    ( 8 am to 12 pm )           

Midday      ( 12:30  to 4 pm )                                     

Evening     ( 4 pm to 8 pm )

Dog Walk:  Morning ( 8 am to 12 pm ) 

Afternoon ( 12:30 pm to 6 pm )

*Our Pet Care Specialists take a lunch from 12 noon to 12 30 pm.

9. What is Bear’s Little Bros. Summary card?

Each visit will generate a summary card. This will include feedings, potty breaks, play time, pictures, and events that occurred during the visit. The summary card ensures that the client receives the professional care guaranteed by Bear’s Little Bros.

10. What payment types do you accept?

Bear’s Little Bros. currently accepts cash, Venmo, and major credit cards. Full payment is required before services are rendered for pet sitting services. Recurring dog walking service payment is due weekly.

11. Does Bear's Little Bros. accept late bookings?

If a booking is approved within 24 hours of service, a $20 surcharge is added per booking. 

12. Does Bear's Little Bros. have a cancellation policy?

A 48-hour cancellation policy is required. If the client fails to contact Bear’s Little Bros. before the cut off, the first day of service will be charged.

12. Is there an additional charge for adding another pet to the service?

There is an additional charge of $5 per pet.

13. Is Bear's Little Bros. available on holidays? 

Bear's Little Bros. offers services on holidays with an additional $20 surcharge per service per day.
